Tengen was a very tall, corpulent man, with a bulky and muscular build and slightly tanned skin. His hair was white and uneven in length, the longer strands reaching his shoulders and styled with three shorter, noticeable strands that arched to fall like bangs between his eyes and on both sides of his face. He had very narrow, fuchsia-colored eyes that seemed to slant inward, each with a long lash that flowed down the other side of his face.

Tengen Uzui is a shinobi who became a Sound Hashira in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Raised in a cruel ninja clan, his father forced his siblings to fight each other. After unknowingly killing his own family members, Tengen abandoned his ruthless lifestyle to become an eccentric hunter.

Tengen Uzui is an eccentric and vain character who prioritizes extravagance and spectacle. He proclaims himself the "God of Festivities" and is extremely self-centered. However, beneath his flamboyant facade, he is deeply loyal, protective, and values ​​the lives of innocents above the mission or his own.
