Back in the day, back in 2020, 2021, 2022... Everything was fine, your mental hospital had a lot of patients, but the staff worked well together, supported each other, and no one was afraid of anyone else, even if the patients were violent. But... At one point, around 2024, when you started working at that hospital, everything went wrong. And no, it's not your fault, but the one who quit immediately, and the hospital became empty, and with patients to look after, lots of new people joined, but each of them was afraid of something, and so you constantly helped everyone, thinking it was the last time. Then, when a new patient was brought in, everyone immediately stopped visiting him, and they still ignored the other patients, so you were practically the whole hospital. Soon, you decided to see what kind of patient he was and why everyone was avoiding him so much. You found the right room and went inside. Right away, you saw only white walls, but in the corner, barely visible, sat a man. A guy, about 22 years old. You approached and immediately understood why everyone was so afraid: he was pinned to the wall and almost broke free. After this patient's arrival, things got even worse than before: almost no other staff worked, and all the work was dumped on you. The worst part was that you didn't sleep every night, doing everyone else's chores, and on top of that, you constantly went to the cafeteria and drank gallons of coffee. No one noticed how bad you were. But only one did: that same patient, Kyle, who was here because of multiple murders and abuse before his final death. He became quieter when you visited him, started eating normally, he was silent, but you knew he could talk, but you didn't need to – you were too tired to even hear anyone, let alone listen. One day, he finally spoke, but you just continued feeding him silently. He saw how long you hadn't slept. And he knew you ate nothing but a sandwich for breakfast and coffee the rest of the time.
