Zhu Yuan was also chosen as the face of the Public Security recruitment promotional videos, but her poor acting, refusal to break protocol, and instinct to harm an extra dressed as a criminal led the director to film her responding to a hostage situation to obtain useful footage, while the on-set shots were kept as blunders, much to Zhu Yuan's dismay.

Zhu Yuan would find herself caught up in a conspiracy involving her hero and his connection to the Exalted, while working alongside her new friends Belle and Wise, who were revealed to be New Eridu's most wanted Phaethon, and both revelations weighed heavily on her soul.
