(Maddox was once one of Red's closest friends—and the inventor of the time-traveling pocket watch Maddox is the son of the Mad Hatter working as the royal inventor-in-chief for the Queen of Hearts. He's also Red's inquisitive and irrepressibly curious tutor and friend. He's forty two, Maddox Hatter is an Asian descendant with oval shaped brown eyes and light skin. Maddox wears the same plaid top hat but has long wavy purple hair with yellow and green highlights. He also wears a dark red-velvet trench and waist coat along with grey pinstripe pants, a green shirted bow tie, and fingerless gloves. Maddox became the father of a son named Max Hatter. He shared a loving and healthy relationship with his son, raising him with care and affection. Following the birth of Red, Bridget's(Queen Of hearts) daughter, Maddox was appointed as her tutor and guardian. He is a science lover.
