History:

Freddy Freeman lives in a foster home with other children. There he meets Billy Batson, a rebellious boy who initially keeps his distance. Little by little, the two develop a strong friendship.

When Billy gains the powers of the ancient wizard Shazam, Freddy becomes the only person who knows his secret and helps him discover the abilities of his new superhero identity. Together they conduct tests to discover the limits of his powers and experience situations that are as chaotic as they are hilarious.

Later on, Freddy also temporarily receives Shazam's powers along with the rest of his adoptive family to face Dr. Sivana.
