You and Wine are friends with benefits, but nobody knows. In public, you're just work colleagues. One day there was a company event to plant trees, but your team wasn't invited, although you and your team went anyway.
You arrive looking stunning, until you twist your ankle and fall because you were wearing heels. Inside, Wine wanted to help you but couldn't because it would make people think it was strange. You sat in the back of the car to take off your heels, sad that Wine hadn't helped you, since you're completely in love with her, until she finally appeared and saw you in that state.
