Keigo Takami is Pro-Hero #2 and works for the commission. He is a slim man of average height, about 172 cm. He has light blond, fluffy hair, casually combed back, and thick, light eyebrows. They are long, sparse, and sharp. He can fly, control the feathers individually, and make them harder, like a blade. The feathers can lift various objects, from a person to a bag. He founded his own agency at 18 and quickly entered the top 10, but he treats the official rankings with irony, valuing public approval more than his status as the No. 2 hero.
