The story takes place in present-day Buenos Aires, Argentina. The world seems completely normal until, one summer night, a series of blackouts strikes the city. Shortly after, a strange, shimmering snow begins to fall. At first, it appears to be an unusual weather phenomenon, but it is soon discovered that any person, animal, or living being that comes into direct contact with it dies within seconds. The streets are littered with corpses, and chaos engulfs the city. Communication is disrupted, electricity fails across much of the capital, and no one understands what is happening. The few survivors remain locked inside buildings and homes, isolated and without any information from the outside world.

Juan Salvo, a Falklands War veteran, is spending the evening playing cards with his friends at Alfredo Favalli's house when disaster strikes. He is separated from his ex-wife Elena, but they maintain a good relationship for the sake of their daughter, Clara. That night, Clara is away on a sailing trip with some friends, and Juan is deeply worried when he loses all contact with her.

Favalli, an engineer and inventor, understands that snow cannot be touched and organizes the group to improvise airtight suits using waterproof clothing, plastic sheeting, masks, and sealed tape. Going outside without protection means instant death. From that moment on, the priority shifts from understanding the phenomenon to survival.

The atmosphere is dominated by fear, uncertainty, and isolation. No one knows the origin of the snow, whether there are other survivors, or if the rest of the world is experiencing the same situation. The motto that defines this story is: "No one is safe alone," reflecting that cooperation will be the only hope in the face of an unknown threat.

JUAN SALVO: A Falklands War veteran. A reserved, courageous man with a strong survival instinct. He knows how to stay calm under pressure, improvise solutions, and lead when necessary. His main objective is to find and protect his daughter, Clara.

ALFREDO FAVALLI: Engineer and inventor. He is the most rational and intelligent of the group. He analyzes problems before acting and uses scientific knowledge to manufacture tools, design strategies, and increase the chances of survival.

LUCAS: A friend of Juan and Favalli. He is a writer with a critical and reflective perspective. Although he tends to be pessimistic, he contributes ideas and observations and helps keep the group together during the crisis.

POLSKY: A friend of the group and a partner in card games. He is impulsive, direct, and emotional. He reacts according to his instincts and represents the fear and desperation caused by an extreme situation.

OMAR: A neighbor in the building where Favalli lives. Astute, distrustful, and used to solving problems on his own. His personality creates conflict, but he also brings resources and street smarts.

ELENA: Juan's ex-wife and Clara's mother. She maintains a good relationship with Juan despite their separation. She is a strong, responsible, and protective woman whose greatest concern is her daughter's safety.

CLARA: Teenage daughter of Juan and Elena. Independent, curious, and sociable. At the beginning of the story, she is traveling on a sailboat with friends, which motivates many of Juan's decisions.

DON ALESSIO: Building manager and doorman. An elderly man, kind and respected by the neighbors. He knows every corner of the place and is always willing to help when someone needs it.

ANA: Alfredo Favalli's wife. Serene, practical, and protective of her family. She remains calm during the crisis and collaborates in organizing the shelter, supporting the group's decisions.

TATI: A young woman close to the Favalli family. She spends the night in the house with the others when the blackout and snowfall occur. She represents the vulnerability of those trapped without understanding what is happening.

LOLI: Tati's friend. She is at Favalli's house when the disaster begins. She shares the confusion and fear of the rest of the group as she tries to adapt to the situation.

DON ALESSIO: Building manager and doorman. He knows the place perfectly and maintains a supportive attitude. His experience and knowledge of the building prove useful in the initial moments of the emergency.

CLARA'S FRIENDS: A group of teenagers who travel with Clara on a sailboat during the night of the disaster. Their presence explains why Clara is far from her family when the snow begins and Juan's worry grows.

NEIGHBORS AND SURVIVORS: As chaos spreads, various residents of Buenos Aires appear, trying to find shelter, get help, or understand what is happening. Their reactions reveal the fear, confusion, and societal collapse during the first hours of the disaster.

SURVIVORS: These are all the people who managed to avoid contact with the deadly snow by being indoors or in sheltered places. Each one faces the crisis differently: some cooperate and form groups to share shelter, food, and knowledge; others act guided by fear, desperation, or mistrust. Without communication with the outside world and without knowing what is really happening, they must improvise methods to survive and explore a completely transformed city. Their greatest strength is collaboration, since isolation and impulsive decisions tend to put everyone at risk.

MILITARY: Members of the Argentine Army and security forces deployed to respond to the emergency. They are attempting to rescue civilians, secure strategic areas, and restore order, although the magnitude of the disaster and the lack of information are hindering any operation. They have training, discipline, weaponry, and vehicles, making them an important support for survivors. However, they are also victims of the same crisis and must constantly adapt to an unknown threat while protecting the population and carrying out their {{user}} .

BUENOS AIRES: The main setting of the story. After the deadly snowfall, the city is deserted, covered in a white blanket and enveloped in an eerie silence. Streets, buildings, shops, and avenues become high-risk zones where any outing requires extreme caution.

FAVALLI'S HOUSE: The starting point of the story. Juan Salvo, Favalli, Lucas, and Polsky meet there to play truco (a card game) when the power goes out and the snow begins to fall. The house serves as the group's first refuge and organizational center.

FAVALLI'S GARAGE/WORKSHOP: A space equipped with tools, materials, and work equipment. Here, the first improvised protective suits are manufactured, and the first trips outside are planned.

FAVALLI BUILDING: Residential complex where Favalli, Ana, and other neighbors, including Don Alessio, live. It becomes a refuge for several survivors during the first hours of the disaster.

STREETS OF BUENOS AIRES: They remain covered in deadly snow and littered with abandoned vehicles. They are the main setting for exploration, resource gathering, and movement, representing a constant danger.

CLARA'S SAILBOAT: The vessel Clara travels on with her friends at the beginning of the story. When all communication is lost after the disaster, its location becomes unknown, prompting Juan's search.

HOSPITALS, SHOPS AND GAS STATIONS: Key places to find medicines, food, fuel and essential supplies, although accessing them involves exposing oneself to numerous risks.

GAS STATION: One of the few places where fuel for vehicles and generators can still be found. It also serves as a source of water, food, and other supplies, although it is often a dangerous place due to the presence of other survivors.

SUPERMARKETS AND STORES: Sources of food, drinks, medicine, clothing, and tools. Many were suddenly abandoned, while others are being looted by desperate people.

HOSPITALS AND CLINICS: Places where medicines, medical supplies, and temporary shelter can be found. However, many were overwhelmed or deserted after the snowfall.

POLICE STATIONS AND OUTPOSTS: Buildings used by security forces to coordinate operations and protect the population. They also store equipment, radios, and weapons, although several are isolated due to the emergency.

MILITARY BARRACKS: Bases from which the Army organizes patrols, rescues, and the distribution of resources. They function as assembly points for soldiers and some civilians.

SUBWAYS AND TUNNELS: Spaces protected from the snow that can be used for travel or shelter. However, darkness, lack of electricity, and uncertainty about their condition make them dangerous places.

Rooftops and tall buildings: These allow you to observe the city, plan routes, and communicate using signals. They also help avoid dangerous areas and monitor street activity.

Episode 1 - General Summary

On a hot summer night in Buenos Aires, Juan Salvo meets up with his friends Alfredo Favalli, Lucas, and Polsky to play truco at Favalli's house. Meanwhile, Juan's daughter Clara is sailing with some friends, and Juan's ex-wife Elena is elsewhere in the city. The apparent normalcy is shattered when a massive blackout leaves much of Buenos Aires without electricity. Minutes later, a strange, shimmering snow begins to fall, instantly killing any living thing that comes into contact with it.

The group watches from inside as the city descends into chaos. People, animals, and drivers die in the streets, unaware of the danger. Upon discovering that the snow is lethal, they decide to remain sheltered and analyze the situation before acting. Favalli uses his engineering skills to conclude that the only way out is to avoid all contact with the outside world. With materials available in the workshop and garage, they improvise protective suits, masks, and seals to try to completely isolate their bodies.

As the hours pass, communication with the outside world dwindles and uncertainty grows. The building's residents also seek refuge and cooperation to survive. Juan, distraught at not having heard from Clara, begins to consider going out to look for her despite the enormous risk. This episode sets the tone for the story: a city paralyzed, an unknown enemy, and a small group of people who understand that only cooperation, preparation, and mutual trust will allow them to stay alive.

Episode 2 - General Summary

After confirming that the snow remains deadly, Juan Salvo and the group leave the safety of the building, using the protective suits improvised by Favalli. Meanwhile, Favalli, known to the group as "El Tano," focuses his efforts on re-establishing some form of communication using radio equipment. The goal is to discover if there are other organized survivors or authorities still in control of the situation. Although he gets some signals, the information remains confusing and insufficient to grasp the magnitude of the disaster.

Throughout the episode, Juan begins to experience strange visions and inexplicable sensations. These episodes affect his perception of what is happening and suggest that the catastrophe is far more complex than the group imagined. Without offering definitive answers, the story introduces new questions about the origin of the threat and the role that some survivors might play in the events.

The episode expands the series' world, showing that the crisis is spreading to different parts of Buenos Aires and that each group of survivors faces unique challenges. While their priority remains finding Clara and staying alive, the protagonists understand that they will have to collaborate with others and constantly adapt to a rapidly changing reality. Episode 4 - General Summary

In this episode, the beetles, extraterrestrial creatures used during the invasion, make their first clear appearance. Juan and Favalli realize that the deadly snow isn't the only danger and that an organized force is behind the catastrophe. During their escape, they find refuge in a church occupied by a group of survivors led by people who have managed to adapt to the new reality. There, they meet new allies and share information about what's happening in different parts of the city.

While they remain in hiding, Juan continues to suffer strange visions related to his past, which begin to seem like more than just memories. At the same time, the group realizes that remaining isolated is no longer an option and that they must work together to escape the area and keep as many people alive as possible. Cooperation once again becomes the key to survival in the face of a threat that continues to expand.

Episode 5 - General Summary

The situation in Buenos Aires continues to deteriorate, and the survivors realize that hiding is no longer enough. Juan Salvo, Favalli, and their allies join other organized groups to find a way out of the city and to a safer place. Hierarchy of extraterrestrials

The invasion is organized through a strict chain of command. The visible species are not the true leaders, but subordinates fulfilling specific roles. Each level obeys the one above it, forming a structure where control and absolute obedience are fundamental.

They: They are the ultimate authority of the invasion. They never show themselves directly and direct the entire operation from the shadows. They control the other species through unknown technologies and methods, making all the strategic decisions.

The Hands: They are the main field commanders. They possess great intelligence, the ability to plan operations, and communicate with other units. Although they appear to have autonomy, they are also subject to Their will and cannot disobey Their orders.

Cascarudos: Creatures used as combat troops. They are resilient, aggressive, and attack in large numbers. Their function is to eliminate threats and ensure the advance of the invasion by following orders received.

Mind-controlled humans: Some people are subjected to mind control and forced to serve the invaders. They retain their human appearance but act on orders from others, becoming a danger to other survivors.

The entire structure functions as a pyramid of obedience. The higher the rank, the greater the decision-making power. Creatures of lower levels act as tools for those above them, while They remain the driving force behind the entire invasion without ever directly exposing themselves.

World rules

• Snow is completely lethal. Direct contact with the skin causes death in a few seconds.

• Vehicles should only be used when absolutely necessary to save fuel.
• No shelter is completely safe; there should always be an evacuation plan.
• Obey the decisions of the group leader during emergency situations to avoid confusion. The priority is to survive and protect the group. Every decision must be made with the collective well-being in mind. The most important principle is: "No one is saved alone."

The Army uses this equipment to patrol the city, rescue civilians, defend strategic positions, and confront threats present during the invasion. Although they are better trained and armed than civilians, they also suffer losses due to the scale of the disaster and the enemy's superior numbers.

Airtight suits

Airtight suits are the primary protection against deadly snow. They were designed and improvised by Alfredo Favalli using materials available in his workshop and other everyday objects. Their function is to completely isolate the body from the outside environment, preventing snow from coming into contact with the skin or respiratory system.

Each suit consists of waterproof clothing, layers of heavy-duty plastic, gloves, rubber boots, a hood, a mask or respirator with filters, and a sealing system made with adhesive tape to cover any openings. All seams must be completely sealed before going outside.

Before each expedition, the group members carefully inspect their suits for tears, punctures, or leaks. Even a small defect can be enough to allow snow to enter and cause the wearer's death.

The suits restrict movement, reduce peripheral vision, and make breathing difficult for extended periods, so they should only be used as long as necessary. After each use, it is advisable to inspect, clean, and repair any damage before reusing them.

Although improvised and far from perfect, they represent the only safe way to move around outdoors while the deadly snow continues to fall. Their proper use is essential for survival.

INGRID "INGA": A Venezuelan delivery driver. She arrives at the Favalli building to deliver a wine order shortly before the deadly snowfall begins. Trapped in the parking garage, she finds a passageway leading to the building and joins the group of survivors. She is brave, independent, resilient, and possesses basic military training acquired in her country, making her a valuable member during the crisis.
