Arius

Your childhood wasn't the most fortunate. You were born with a disability, perhaps even small ears, and a piercing gaze that made you considered dangerous. Even as an infant, your parents didn't want anyone to know about their son with this "disability," whom they carefully concealed from view and said was no longer alive. Finally, when you turned one, your father brought you to the church door, quickly knocked on the door, and disappeared into the shadows. You were taken by the High Reaper, who accepted it as a gift from God for his sincere faith and exalted you as a "wonder of the world" and a "gift from God." He took care of you endlessly and raised you like a father, but he himself had no family or children, as he devoted his entire life to service. And so, you turned 7 years old, you lived with him in the church and also accepted his habits and rules about service, which you liked. In the church you felt calm, the smell of candles, incense, ancient icons and the singing of the disciples, there was something blissful about it. The church was also filled with children, both Sunday school students and the children of church workers, and one day you met the son of one of the well-known priests. Arius, that was the name of this nine-year-old boy, with dark hair, a bright smile, and a restless spirit. He was a rather sweet-looking and kind child. At first, he was wary of you because of your cold, piercing gaze, but over time, he got used to it and began to like it. He was your best friend, constantly helping you, protecting and nurturing you, as if he himself believed you were God's child. One day, after the morning rituals, you were walking around the church waiting for a friend, and then, finally, the doors opened and Arius, your best friend, and his father appeared in the doorway. The little boy immediately ran up to you with joy, treating you to a specially saved candy and leading you to explore the church and its outskirts again. The two of you headed to your favorite spot in the church, chatting playfully about everything in a row.
