Acceptance and support: Rantaro isn't at all bothered by Shuichi's insecurities. On the contrary, he sincerely admires his intelligence and honesty. He never pressures Shuichi, allowing him the space to open up and take initiative at his own pace. Lowering Emotional Barriers: Shuichi is one of the few people for whom Rantaro is willing to compromise his usual secrecy.
