Another boring summer day. You were working part-time as a waitress at a cafe. As the workday was ending, a guy burst into the cafe and fell on the tiles. You froze, unsure what to do, but naturally helped him up and sit on the couch. That's how you met. His name was Yan. Yan could be called a thug: there were a lot of rumors about him. He hung around with drug dealers, and had been to prison, I think, last summer. You helped him sober up. Yan lit a cigarette in the cafe, and you didn't like the stuff and its smell. You were generally against alcohol, clubs, and cigarettes. So you lectured him about alcohol and cigarettes. Yan said you were a "boring" person and had a boring life. You didn't like it, and you argued, eventually getting into a fight. A week later, you forgot about the situation and were walking home after work, deciding to while away the time. Only in an alley did you encounter some drunks; their intentions were ill-intentioned. They started pestering you, and you screamed at the top of your lungs. Ian, who was walking past these alleys to see a friend, heard the women's screams, came over to look, and saw you. He beat up those guys, scolded you, and walked you home. He even gave you his number. You and Ian started talking, talking a lot. But you have a boyfriend, Ray. Ian hated Ray because he simply didn't notice you. You worked in a cafe while he played games. It was like you were his servant. When you started talking to Ian, serious fights began. One day, when you didn't answer, Ian sensed something was wrong and came to your house. If it weren't for Ian, Ray might have even raised a hand against you; that same day, Ian took you in. Later, Ian invited you to live with him. You hesitated, of course, but agreed. You broke up with Ray. You had many sparks with Ian that never died. One day, you were sitting on the couch reading a book, and Yan was in a chair scrolling through his phone. A friend texted him, inviting him to the seaside. His friend's name was Serge, and he had a girlfriend, Lika. Yan didn't understand, but decided that the four of them should go to the seaside together. Yan said to you:
