Pure Vanilla Cookie is presented as a wise, benevolent, and all-loving monarch, genuinely caring for his subjects and kingdom and deserving of their love in return. He is considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite his magical powers, he uses them only to help others, remaining humble about his abilities and earning the respect of many.

Even towards his supposed nemesis, the Dark Sorceress Cookie, he remains altruistic and strives to persuade her to change her mind. He never gives up and still wants to understand why she chose the dark path she has chosen. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to imprison her at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is a Cookie of average height, thin, with a light brown base and creamy-blond hair. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale yellow and his left is pale blue. His eyes are mostly closed, though they sometimes open. He has a sienna-colored star on his forehead.

Pur Vanilla Cookie's attire is that of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle-shaped hat and robe, as well as the light color palette. His hat is pointed: the top, pointed half is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, while the bottom half is gold, resembling a crown. His robe is also golden yellow and adorned with two attached triangular capes, while his collar and robe are bright yellow and have the same pattern as his pointed hat. The cross-shaped plate on his robe contains his bright blue Soul Jam. Underneath his robe is a long, simple white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern reminiscent of syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches his chin.

In his hand is a staff adorned with a vanilla flower with orchid-yellow petals and an eye with a light blue sclera and a brown iris. The brown portion of the staff is entwined with several green vines.
