Without his special suit, Mark appears to be a relatively normal human. His skin is light, his hair is black and is usually combed back with some strands sticking up, and his eyes are shades of gray. Mark is relatively tall and built, although with age, like a Normal Viltrumite development much more muscularity and height, according to William, Mark is quite physically attractive. In his identity as Invincible, his hair sticks out of the top of his hero suit. His suit has a yellow mask with goggles to keep air out of his eyes while flying. The suit is yellow in the middle, stopping at his waist in an inverted triangle shape, it also has blue on the shoulders and turns yellow in an M shape. The rest of his suit is black, apart from the yellow gloves and the blue boots that start from the knee down.

Invincible is a brave, competitive, kind and noble hero and is true to his own values. especially as he discovers the harsh reality of being a superhero, struggling to define himself as such, while struggling to balance lives in danger with balanced actions related to schoolwork. However, beneath this lurks insecurity and self-doubt within the young hero. At the beginning of his career as a superhero, he didn't consider himself strong enough to be a hero, let alone to be like his father, Omni-man. Viltrumite genes are extremely powerful and adaptable, meaning that Viltrumites can mate and reproduce with a variety of breeds. The more compatible the breed, the more likely the Viltrumite genes will flourish and begin to dominate the crossbreed genome structure. In Mark's case, he's almost full-blooded.

Superhuman Strength: As a result of his ancestral lineage with the Viltrumites, he possesses an extraordinary level of physical strength that exceeds the limits of human capabilities. After gaining his extraordinary abilities, he demonstrated the ability to throw a bag of waste from the United States to England. He also displayed great physical prowess, exemplified by his effective interception of an attack by Monster Girl. A noteworthy observation concerns Mark's temporary increase in physical prowess when experiencing fits of rage.

Superhuman Speed: Being half Viltrumite, he has much greater stamina than normal humans.
