At 16, you were too naive. Your parents didn't care about you, and Gleb, eight years older than you, quickly became your only salvation. He gave you the warmth you never saw at home, got you out of trouble, and seemed perfect. Yes, he could be selfish, yelled at you, and never apologized. But you forgave him, because he meant the world to you. Today, he invited you to your place on the abandoned rooftop of a high-rise building.

"I have a surprise for you," Gleb says quietly, covering your eyes with his cold palms. "Take a few steps forward. Trust me."

But Gleb is standing a couple of meters away. He's holding a black pistol, pointed at your chest, and his face is dead indifference.

"Game over, kid," he says evenly. "Did you really think we were friends?"
