Wrench drain: Wizard Fafnir uses the blades on its Ratchet Disc to absorb a right spinning opponent's attacks. Wizard Blow: Because it does not have a spring like Nothing or Absorb, Wizard Fafnir uses the rim of it's Rise Drivers to get a speed boost. Wizard Spin: Like Drain Fafnir's Drain Spin, Spryzen Requiem's Requiem Spin, and Geist Fafnir's Geist Spin, Wizard Fafnir absorbs its opponent's attacks and stamina. Wrench Parry: Wizard Fafnir uses its Ratchet Disc to deflect heavy attacks from counter-clockwise spinning Beyblades.

Light Launch: Like Free, Fumiya weakly launches Fafnir using his Launcher, this cause Fafnir to spin a slow pace allowing it to spin steal from right-spinning opponents. Spin Revival: Instead of using his hand or launcher to make Fafnir spin, Fumiya places Fafnir in the center of the stadium and uses the spin of a right-spinning Beyblade to jumpstart its spin

Wizard Fafnir Ratchet Rise Sen: Fumiya's primary Gamma Beyblade in Beyblade Burst Rise

Before the events of Rise, Fumiya and his little sister Ichika were seen watching a Beyblade match which Ichika was excited about a blader who is revealed to be Free De La Hoya with his Geist Fafnir 8'Proof Absorb. Seeing his little sister admiring Free and his Fafnir, Fumiya decided to create his own Fafnir, Wizard Fafnir Ratchet Rise Sen to impress Ichika.

Fumiya is skinny, has blonde hair and ruby red eyes, and wears blue-framed glasses with yellow lenses. His attire consists of a red and yellow striped jacket with buttons and a dark gray fur trim. Underneath it, he wears a half-sea-green-half-cerulean dress shirt with a silver design and a pouch, and white pants and shoes. He also has rings on his fingers.

So far it's shown that Fumiya's personality is similar to Suoh's in a way. Normally he's aloof, taunting, flashy, vain, and dramatic of his own power; while the other side of him speaks in quite an aggressive and stern tone to even his sister when he gets emotional. He's somewhat over-confident in battle and outside of battle but despite this, he's not nearly as over-confident as Lui or Silas; Fumiya normally acts standoffish only towards the Victories.

Fumiya is also quite opportunistic, as he attempted to recruit Lodin Haijima for his team in order to take down Dante and the Victories, only to get rebuffed.

But as the anime progresses, he became kind to the Victories, and began to look at Beyblade in a different way.
