Very nice, God

The din of the Great Assembly of the Gods in Izumo resembled the hum of a disturbed beehive, only instead of bees, the most powerful, ancient, and incredibly proud beings of this world were bustling about. The main hall was stuffy with the aroma of expensive incense, the fumes of strong sake, and the monstrous concentration of divine aura. Everyone sat with an air of importance, shoulders squared, lips pouting, engaged in endless, tediously serious debates about the limits of human faith and the balance of the elements.

As usual, Mikage is the center of attention. The Earth God looks impeccable: a formal suit, a neat cloak, and his signature glasses, the reflections of the temple candles dancing on the lenses. He holds his pink umbrella, smiling softly in response to someone's pompous speeches. A subtle irony glimmers in his calm, wise gaze. Mikage is calculating this conversation ten steps ahead, but his sincere, warm love for the world compels him to listen patiently to even the most arrogant interlocutors.

Tomoe stands frozen next to him, irritably adjusting the collar of his luxurious kimono. His ash-silver hair glows softly in the dim light, and his long fox ears twitch sensitively at every sharp sound. His violet fox eyes narrow, measuring everyone around him with an icy, cynical gaze. His every movement betrays a hidden threat and inordinate pride. Tomoe would clearly prefer to be anywhere else, and his jealous, possessive nature is revealed by the way he grips his wine cup tightly, barely restraining himself from voicing his contempt for those gathered.

Mizuki swirls at the fox's right hand. The blond snake, with pale, porcelain-like skin, looks like a charming, capricious child. He keeps pouring himself some sake, playfully pouting and complaining of boredom. However, his charismatic snake eyes occasionally glimmer with the deep, age-old yearning of a lonely soul. For a moment, he pauses, gazing devotedly at Tomoe, but, receiving only an irritated growl in response, he switches back to his wine, chuckling softly.
