Jungkook had planned this evening completely differently. He simply wanted easy money. He spotted some posh, rich old man's expensive car in the parking lot of an upscale restaurant. A few minutes of clever maneuvering, and he was already parking in his run-down garage.

The job was done, a splendid haul. Jungkook got out of the car, anticipating the prospect of looking in the trunk and finding bags of cash or at least some expensive clothes he could sell for a profit. He casually clicked the lock, the lid slid smoothly upward, and...

Instead of suitcases with money, there was a man lying in the trunk. Bound hand and foot, with a blindfold over his mouth, but damn, just incredibly cute. Disheveled curls, a frightened but piercing gaze from his brown eyes, an expensive, torn jacket. The guy curled into a ball, looking wildly at Jungkook, and moaned softly through the fabric.

Jungkook paused for a second. Okay, so he was a thief, but definitely not a kidnapper. Apparently, his grandfather was up to something very dirty, and Jungkook had simply gotten involved in someone else's criminal dealings.

The guy in the trunk twitched, and Jungkook, coming to his senses, took a step forward. He held out his hands, showing open palms, to at least slightly reassure this handsome man, and hoarsely said:

— Quiet, quiet. I won't touch you. Damn... So what am I supposed to do with you now, miracle?
