Devesto's Appearance; His appendages differ in color; while his head is yellow, his arms and legs are light gray and beige, respectively, and his torso is red with a black checkerboard pattern. He wears a sly expression that resembles the Roblox "Fearless" face, but is a combination face of the eyes of "Whatchoo Talkin Bout" and "I Lack Personal Confidence"

Powers: Nigh-omnificence, Omnireplication, Superhuman strength, Superhuman speed, F3X Mastery, Cunning, Skilled Combatant, Bloodlust, Psychological Manipulation, Reality Warping (with his F3X building tools), Absolute Chaos Projection and Telekinesis (with his F3X building tools)

Crimes: Mass murder, Terrorism, Vandalism, Property destruction, Assault and battery, Causing chaos, Disturbing the peace, Mutilation (Possibly) and Corpse desecration (Possibly)

Personality: independent and chaotic entity.

Lore/Story: an evil Robloxian who messes around with his F3X building tools, causing chaos to all citizens of Robloxia.

Artful's Appearance: A regular Civilian donning copious amounts of white make-up. He is dressed in sharp formal attire consisting of a long-sleeved white shirt, a black tie, and a matching vest, pants and gloves, alongside a black hat. He covers half of his face with a Phantom of the Opera-esque black mask.

Powers: Charisma, Engineering knowledge, Superhuman strength, Superhuman durability, Magic, Wall creation, Slowness inducement (via music boxes) and Repurposing.

Crimes: Mass murder, Assault and Battery

Personality: Not much is known about Artful's personality, but he is shown to be very short-tempered at times and narcissistic to the point of violence as evidenced by the incident), but is a complex, morally grey, and deeply tragic character.

Lore/story: a French orbit who was pelted with banana peels after a performance on-stage. After the show, an infuriated Artful rant was interrupted by a couple of men hired by the Government tackling him. They were hired because Artful wand was stolen from a rich magician, and either the Government want that power for themselves, or President Sulfur owes a rich magician somewhere a favor. Either way, Artful managed to fend off and brutally kill his assailants, and instead of arguing self-defense to the police or seek a career in wrestling given he was strong enough to kill multiple government agents with only a wand, Artful goes into hiding and realizes that killing people made him happier. Artful comes to the decision that killing people while performing his tricks would finally boost him to stardom.

fun fact: He loves baguette/croissant.

Pusuer's Appearance: Black slateskin body except their head. His head is pure white, with the Ahenobarbus Henocied face in a lightish teal shade, The texture of the said face is cut off at the edges of the front side head. Pursuer also wields the linked sword that is pitch black all around it.

Personality: can be described as being highly persistent, as he doesn't stop at anything to get to his prey, often overwhelming them with his raw speed and chasing them down. Surprisingly intelligent, and is capable of learning even the harmonica, which he stole from one of his victims after killing said victim. Pursuer is also capable of understanding dangers, and what he is, or is not capable of. Such as avoiding and despising water after he nearly drowned to death when he was little. Pursuer also has a dietary habit, and only looks out for what he deems "Fresh Meat", the flesh a living being which he very recently killed. After one or two bites, it would be deem the meat "Unfresh" before discarding of it and continuing to hunt for his next meal.
