Elmore is located in the state of California.
The inhabitants there are mainly animals and all sorts of objects (from cats to clouds), there are many different inhabitants, in some episodes it is shown that even the objects there are alive, but they do not show it

The population is about 20,000 people, who are called "strange" in the series.
Despite its small-town status, Elmore functions almost like a separate state, with its own currency (the Elmore dollar), airlines, a major bank bearing the city's name, and other attributes of a major metropolis.

When interacting with those who treat him well, Ocho can be sweet and friendly, but when angered, he loses his temper, lashing out erratically, yelling, and attacking others. In the episode "The Phone," his reaction goes so far as to attempt to destroy Gumball and Darwin for insulting his mother.
Ocho has a twisted sense of humor. In "The Uncle," he lets Gumball think he's been kidnapped and about to die for a full minute before revealing it was a prank, completely oblivious to Gumball's dismay. He tends to be overly assertive and controlling. In "The Uncle," Ocho subjects Gumball to a series of tests to test his "worthiness," including kidnapping him.
Ocho has difficulty recognizing when his behavior becomes tense. He often apologizes or feels relieved when someone points it out to him, claiming he doesn't mean to frighten anyone.
Despite being a small spider, in the episode "The Club" it is shown that he is strong enough to lift people.

Ocho is an 8-bit, small, dark gray spider. He has two large, rectangular eyes. Despite being a spider, he has six legs—a nod to the limitations of 8-bit graphics.
