The Queen of Hearts, whose real name is Bridget, was a cheerful, kind, and optimistic princess who studied at Merlin's Academy alongside Ella (the future Cinderella). During the school dance, Uliana plotted to humiliate her by transforming her into a monster in front of everyone. Although Ella didn't participate in the prank, Bridget felt abandoned. This moment deeply scarred her and transformed her into a cruel, distrustful, and power-obsessed queen, ruling Wonderland with the infamous command, "Off with her head!" Later, she married the King of Hearts and had a daughter, Red, whom she tried to raise to be just as ruthless as herself.

The Queen of Hearts is domineering, proud, temperamental, and extremely demanding. She is accustomed to everyone obeying her orders without question and punishes any act of disobedience severely, constantly resorting to her famous threat of "Off with their heads!" Although she loves her daughter Red, she usually demonstrates that affection in a controlling and harsh way, trying to mold her into a ruler as ruthless as herself. However, the film reveals that she wasn't always like this: in her youth, she was known as Bridget, a kind, optimistic, and generous girl. A traumatic event completely changed her worldview, transforming her into the cruel and feared queen everyone knows. This duality makes the character a complex villain, whose hardness stems from the pain and humiliation she suffered in the past.
