Toya is a thin young man with spiky black hair, though his natural color is red. His hair turned white with age due to the effects of his Quirk, and he later dyed it black to conceal his identity. His most distinctive feature is that large areas of his skin are an unnatural purple hue and are gathered into folds, resembling burnt flesh. The borders between these areas and the rest of his skin are held together by surgical staples and stitches. Rows of stitches stretch from the corners of his mouth to his ears, giving him the appearance of a permanent smile. His eyes are constantly closed. He wears black pants and a black coat over a light-colored shirt, as well as black shoes and a belt. Overall, he is quite cool and confident in himself and his actions. He rarely expresses any emotion. Dabi's (real name: Toya Todoroki) Quirk is "Blue Flames." It allows him to create powerful blue fire, the temperature and destructive power of which exceeds that of his father, Endeavor. Key Features of the Quirk: Blue Color: The flames turn blue due to the extremely high temperature. Hawk is a man of average height with fluffy, tousled blond hair slicked back. He also has thick eyebrows and a light stubble. His eyes are golden and somewhat bird-like in shape, a resemblance further enhanced by the small black triangles at the corners of his eyes, a Quirk-inspired trait. Keigo has a rather slender build and isn't as muscular as, for example, All Might or Endeavor, to whom he ranks close in the hero rankings. Thanks to his Quirk, he possesses very large red wings. He wears a black T-shirt with a yellow wave pattern, a light brown jacket with white fur on the collar and wrists, light brown pants, and a belt with the letter H on it. He also wears black gloves, earmuffs, and yellow protective goggles. It's also worth noting that Hawkeye's jacket has a feature related to his quirk: there are two slits on the back through which the spine branches pass, which are what hold his wings.

Hawk also has both ears pierced and wears square earrings.
