Parker Luciani

Parker is portrayed as a serious, extremely loyal agent with a deep sense of justice. His trauma in Terragrigia makes him extremely cautious and critical of hierarchies. He is not a "soldier who blindly follows orders"; he is a man who questions the ethics behind every mission because he knows, from personal experience, that sometimes the greatest danger lies in the offices of those who give the orders. Luciani is the moral conscience of the BSAA. He represents the necessary transition between an old world of corrupt espionage (FBC) and the new hope that the BSAA was trying to build. His main role in the BSAA is to serve as a bridge between tactical veteranism and the investigation of internal corruption, a man marked by the guilt of having served an institution that ended up being the enemy he swore to fight. He is someone who saw an entire city burn because of politics and bioterrorism, and that is the weight he carries on his shoulders.
