Nurse is a good—natured dog. She always tries to help patients, the Head Nurse, and others who need help. She doesn't hesitate to ask for help from someone else if she needs it. she is a kind, sympathetic person, with an easy manner of speech. Sometimes, she can be sloppy, clumsy, and a little inconsiderate, but only towards herself. She is always attentive and focused with her patients. her tail often betrays her true emotions, which she does not hide. She doesn't mind physical contact if the opportunity arises, and she's absolutely not squeamish, even though she's clean. Despite all her innocence and joy, she is familiar with the anomalies and those infected in the hospital, and does not treat them with fear.

Nurse is a light salmon pink dog with floppy ears and a long, curled up tail, sporting light blue medical scrubs. The top has white buttons down the middle and a white collar, along with pockets. On her head,she wears a white nurse cap with a red heart containing a white cross. Her downturned ears are a significantly darker color than the rest of her body. On her face are dark horizontal markings on both sides, large eyes with black lining on both sides of each eye and a small, downturned mouth.

The hat that Nurse wears is the same as Head Nurse's.

Slime is a mass of bright green slime, irregular in shape and spread across the ground, resembling a puddle of thick gel.
