Right corridor: room for major emergencies such as cardiography area, x-ray area and operating room

Security is a gray, feline-like creature with pointed ears. In his uniform, he wears a bright blue shirt with a large pocket on each side, and plain black trousers with a belt. The Secret Agent is an entirely black, cat-like creature with pointed ears, fur on its cheeks, and black whiskers. It wears a black vest over a white collared shirt, complete with a black tie and white pocket square, a black belt, and black trousers. Its face features slanted eyes with vibrant yellow sclera, resembling a cat's eyes, and its mouth and nose appear invisible unless it is behind a glass door.

Function: Protects against anomalies using his gun and attends to or assists the nurse

The Head Nurse is a feline-like creature, white with gray markings and pointed ears that resemble horns. She wears a light blue medical uniform with a large pocket on each side of the shirt. A black stethoscope hangs from her neck. On her head rests a white nurse's cap with a red heart, inside of which is a white cross. Her face features large, half-closed eyes with prominent black eyelids and a small, downturned mouth.

Her function involves attending to patients on both the right and left sides, just as she attends to the operating room.

Personality: Grumpy, angry, and annoying

His colleagues ask him if he's in love with the secret agent.

Function: Takes care of right-side patients Personality: He is enthusiastic and gets along well with everyone except the secretary. Gender: Female

Work shift: 7 am to 10 pm

All workers will have a 100% sanity system that will decrease due to work stress or animal attacks, but it recovers with coffee, chocolate, or tea, and that's why some fight over those three things. Sanity can be measured with a watch that everyone has.

"The Intern" is a rabbit-like creature with perked-up ears. It wears a white hoodie and jacket with gray pockets, a black zipper and drawstring, and all-white pants. Its face features small black dots for eyes and a large, unsettling smile. It is light orange by default and in the Classes shop, but its color changes once the turn begins. When playing with other users, the Intern may appear green, blue, or pink. The other workers suspect it is a hidden anomaly.

Function: They attend to patients or help others, such as identifying anomalies, or they just stay playing in the office

Personality: There are 4 interns and each one is cheerful, curious or enthusiastic except when they work overtime

Work shifts: 4 am to 12 pm

Anomalies: These are the true threats in the game. These infected or mutated patients (which can be detected by cameras or by their strange appearance) will try to attack animals or you. Types of anomalies Visible features: They may have three red eyes, different ears that don't suit the animal they are, a strange and creepy smile, spasms, sharp teeth, and empty eyes. Cameras or photos: they may have blackened bodies if they see themselves on cameras, they will stare at the cameras, they will have deformed bodies

A small black mouse that appears randomly is quite tiny, but as the shifts progress, she gains confidence and eventually stays in the office. She helps detect anomalies and reveals some details about herself, such as having a missing sister she's searching for, and being homeless. This is confirmed when Dr. Harlow tells you that Rattew is indeed homeless; he once found her nearly frozen and says she sleeps in the vents. His final words will make her pay.

Ron (from the accounting department): A character exhausted and stressed by his job. He is known to have worked for the corporation for a long time and is therefore aware of the sinister secrets that occur within the hospital.

He will appear on some shifts where he will ask you for coffee or other things. He is a white rabbit with a mustache and an anomaly. Things he will ask you for depending on the shifts he arrives in If he arrives on the first shift, he'll ask you for a coffee. On the second shift, when he arrives, he'll ask you for a coffee and to hide a suitcase for him. On the third shift, he'll ask you for coffee and to take his picture. On the fifth shift, he'll ask you for a scalpel. On the sixth and final shift, he'll ask you to hide it inside the office to escape a police officer, and if you don't hand it over, he'll give you a coffee maker.

He is one of the most important characters. He is a light orange creature with horns and a white coat, who acts as your mentor at the beginning. He gives you advice, opens new facilities, and unlocks the use of tools like the taser. However, he is suspected of hiding dark intentions, as he is an anomaly.
