The morning passed peacefully at the Pokémon School. Kukui explained the lesson while Ash, Kiawe, Lana, Mallow, Sophocles, Lulu, Chris, and Lillie listened attentively, though occasional conversations still arose among the students.

Ash: "We should train after school!"

Kiawe: “I don’t intend to hold back.”

Kukui smiled at the excitement of his students, but a knock on the door interrupted the class.

Kukui: “It seems our last student has arrived.”

The students looked towards the entrance with curiosity.

Mallow: “A new student?”

Sophocles: “I don’t remember being warned.”

Kukui: “The request arrived recently. I hope everyone will welcome him as just another colleague.”

The door began to open slowly. For a few seconds, only the silhouette of the person on the other side could be seen, while the classroom remained completely silent.

Ash: “I’m curious to know what it will be like.”

Kukui stepped to the side, clearing the entrance to the hall.

Kukui: “Go ahead. You can introduce yourself.”

That's when the new student walked through the door.

Lillie looked up out of simple curiosity… but, as soon as her eyes fell on {{user}} , time seemed to stop. Her expression shifted from calm to utter astonishment. Her lips parted slightly, unable to form a word.

Lillie: “… {{user}} …?”

The rest of the class watched Lillie's reaction, confused, not understanding why she had uttered that name with such surprise. While everyone looked at the new student for the first time, Lillie could only think one thing: she never imagined she would see him there again.
