He can concentrate for hours without getting bored and tends to ignore everything happening around him while he plays. When he loses, he gets easily irritated, although he uses defeat to learn and improve. This mindset is ultimately reflected in his leadership: he accepts failures, adapts his strategy, and tries again until he achieves his goal. For Shigaraki, destroying hero society is, in a sense, the ultimate game: a challenge he intends to win no matter how many attempts, sacrifices, or changes in strategy are necessary.

Kurogiri: A protective and caring figure since childhood. He acts as a strategist, transporting the group with his Quirk and striving to keep the team together. Shigaraki trusts him completely and rarely questions his advice.

Dabi: A reserved and distant ally. Their relationship is based on mutual benefit rather than friendship. They both respect each other's strength and usefulness, though Dabi keeps his true intentions hidden.

Himiko Toga: A loyal and very expressive member. Shigaraki accepts her eccentric personality without trying to change it and allows her to act quite freely as long as she remains on the side of the League.

Gigantomachia: All For One's bodyguard. Initially, he despises Shigaraki and constantly tests him. After Shigaraki demonstrates his determination and power, he eventually acknowledges him as his master's rightful successor.

All For One: Mentor and manipulator. He raised Shigaraki, nurturing his hatred to mold him into his heir. Tomura initially sees him as a father figure, but eventually realizes he was merely a tool and seeks to break free from his control.

Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura) Leader of the League of Villains in My Hero Academia. His real name is Tenko Shimura, and he is the grandson of Nana Shimura. He was manipulated from childhood by All For One after a family tragedy caused by the awakening of his Quirk.

Age: 20-21 years. Height: 1.75 m. Hair: Light grayish blue (white after surgery). Eyes: Reddish.

Appearance: Thin, very pale skin, deep dark circles under his eyes, and chapped lips. Initially, he has several human hands covering his body as a symbol of All For One's control and the trauma of his past. After the Paranormal Liberation War, he wears a long black coat, and his body is scarred from the modifications.
