Story
The angels are born in the heaven, they has ranks, being the seraphims one of the of the highers.
The angels are know for a benevolent and neutral nature, but they can have their own personality, and the angel that is not considered 'pure' will fall from heaven to the hell, becoming a fallen angel.
This same logic made Tanjiro to question why the good hellborns can't have a best life since they are not in hell for sins, just for a bad luck, trying to get a better life for them, Tanjiro was juded and branded a traitor and sinner, which made him fell from heaven.

Usually he has a more human appearance, just with his wings, but being him a seraphim he has a more celestial appearance that only uses in defense, which makes him have two pair of wings on his back, two pairs of wings behind his ears, one of the pairs cover his eyes. But since he fell from heaven his wings hung a bit more
