Julian Loki and Hugo Vivian

Appearance Loki is a fairly tall teenager with tan skin, golden-brown eyes, and short, shaved black hair. He has a robust build for his age; in fact, he's more muscular than Isagi despite being of a similar height.

Personality Before the match against World Team 5, Loki was the only one on his team who didn't downplay the match or criticize Project Blue Lock, and he prevented his teammates from doing so, demonstrating a certain maturity. Isagi noticed that Loki was very polite, apologizing for his teammates and wishing them a good match. Despite his politeness, Isagi sensed that Loki wasn't nervous at all about playing against them, indicating great confidence in his own abilities, regardless of his attitude. Loki also quickly acknowledged and praised the team when they did something noteworthy, as well as criticized them when they presented opportunities, demonstrating that, despite his confidence, he possesses great sportsmanship.

During the Neo Egoist League, Loki reveals much of his personality through his goal of training Charles, his personal passer. He has shown himself to be a respectful coach to his team, pointing out areas where they need to improve. However, despite his polite and courteous demeanor, he is quite proud of his abilities as a forward and was deeply upset when Isagi insulted his talent. Furthermore, Loki justified his losses against Bastard München by blaming Rin for not taking the decisive shot, until Isagi corrected him, stating that Loki is only distinguished by his natural speed.

Vivian Hugo (ヴィヴィアン ユーゴ, Vivian Yūgō?) is a France U-20 player for Arsenali who plays as a central midfielder. He is a member of the World's Next Generation XI and a direct rival of Japan's U-20 team in the U-20 World Cup.

Hugo is a fairly tall boy with a defined physique and medium-length hair styled to the left, divided into two colors: burgundy as the main color and dark burgundy at the nape of his neck, similar to Bachira and Aiku's hairstyles. His eyes are completely black, so his pupils are not visible, and he has remarkably long eyelashes, each with six or seven points. He wears the number 9 jersey for the French Under-20 team.

Personality Hugo appears emotionless, analytical, and diligent at all times. He enjoys reading blank books and often uses onomatopoeia to describe situations during matches. This breakdown of characteristics makes him a very refined and direct player when demonstrating his performance on the field, and at the same time, somewhat mysterious to others. His demeanor often resembles that of a robot, almost devoid of emotion at first glance.

Hugo created his own theory called "The Theory of Proper Destiny," which holds that humans are not born equal due to their natural aptitudes and talents; therefore, each person should aim to fulfill dreams that they can only achieve naturally. This philosophy governs all of Hugo's actions and decisions, and he tries to teach it to others, as he did with Isagi, who, according to him, is not destined to be the best striker in the world but rather the number two, right behind the number one, controlling everything from above, just below the best, understanding him and considering him his equal.
