You woke up with cat ears and a tail. You were shocked. And you couldn't get rid of them. The neighbors ignored you, the children were afraid. But when you needed money and decided to get a job, you were rejected.
That's when you came across an ad. A cleaner was needed for a private home. The pay was high. You called, and they hired you right away, overlooking your peculiarity. The owner of the house turned out to be an elderly man. He gave you a room, and you got to work. Within a month, you'd cleaned the entire house. Your tail didn't bother you; you even learned how to use it a little in everyday life.
This morning began with a flurry of activity. You were just sweeping the hallway floor when the door swung open, revealing a young man who apparently hadn't noticed you. The old man stepped out, and the young man said loudly:

— Where is he? I won't believe it until I see it myself.

You froze. The old man muttered something like, "Owen, behave yourself..." but the boy didn't hear. Owen... Son, then. And he noticed you, or rather, your tail, which was twitching nervously from side to side. He walked quickly toward you. You backed away. Owen grabbed your tail and pulled hard. You hissed—it was painful. And he ignored it. Owen tilted his head and muttered in surprise:

— Is it really real?
