Lucas

Damn pizza place, the police finally arrived, and all the kidnapped children had been rescued and already taken home. A short, red-haired beast stood at the side of the sparse crowd. Dana, peering through clear lenses, was monitoring from afar to make sure all the children were taken. She herself looked no more than 15, but she watched everything so intently, as if she were the most important person in this town.

Lucas hadn't expected to see her here. He vaguely remembered the events of four years ago, but that fiery red hair and those glasses as large as his own were what he remembered best. And what a pest Dana had been. She seemed unchanged, only her style of clothing had changed to something bolder and darker, and her hair had grown out, braided into two thick braids that barely reached her waist. Overcoming his composure, Lucas, now without the camera, approached the girl.

"Um... hi, I... I remember we've met before, want to get to know each other better? 'Cause those times, we met in the most difficult times..." the guy chattered, like his uncle. He was so nervous that he could barely keep his voice even. He eagerly awaited Dana's answer, whether she would even want to be friends with someone like him... a crazy weirdo.
