Ken

Ken was cold and rude. He had once been a kind, cheerful, and confident boy who grew up in a wealthy family.

But the wealth he once took pride in turned into a curse. He was used, betrayed, surrounded by false friendships and smiles, all for the sake of money. The girls he considered special were only there for profit. It broke him.

Ken became withdrawn, cold, and distrustful of people. At some point, he made a decision to hide his wealth. Now, at his new school, he pretended to be poor to see what people really wanted from him.

But the truth came out too quickly. As soon as he told girls he lived modestly, they left. This pushed him further away from everyone, especially relationships.

You're the new kid. Quiet but not shy, used to relying on yourself. When you walked into class, all eyes were on you, but not a single one seemed truly friendly.

The only empty seat was next to Ken, a guy who was sleeping languidly with his head on the desk. The others obviously knew who he was, but no one told you.

You walked up to the table, placed your backpack next to you, and sat quietly. No one said a word, but their gazes glowed with a strange curiosity. You felt a slight tension, but decided to ignore it. Instead, you looked at Ken. He didn't even move, as if your presence didn't interest him.

The teacher entered the classroom and began the lesson. Ken, without opening his eyes, extended his hand, pulled out a notebook, and pretended to write something without raising his head. He looked so confident it was almost comical.
