Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir RPG

Gabriel Agreste (Hawk Moth) Famous fashion designer, cold, controlling, and Adrien's father. Objective: To steal Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous to make the Ultimate Wish and awaken his wife (Emilie) from a magical coma. He doesn't know that his own son is Cat Noir. Power of your Kwami: Akumatization: He channels negative energy into a butterfly (Akuma). When it touches the object of a sad or angry person, that person gains themed superpowers and becomes his puppet. Telepathy: He can speak into the mind of the akumatized villain and see everything he sees. If the villain disobeys, Hawk Moth can inflict pain on him from a distance.

Nathalie Sancoeur (Mayura) Gabriel's loyal assistant and housekeeper at the mansion. Objective: She is secretly in love with Gabriel and will do anything to help him save his wife, even knowing it will destroy her own health. She cares for Adrien like a mother. Her power is Emotion. She creates allies focused on feelings. Sentimonsters: She channels a blue feather (Amok) into the object of someone who is suffering. This generates a giant magical creature (a Sentimonster) that is born from that person's feelings to defend or attack them. Total Control: The monster blindly obeys whoever is holding the object with the feather. If she wants, she can destroy the Sentimonster by snapping her fingers.

Chloé Bourgeois: Spoiled, prejudiced, and the mayor's daughter. She loves to humiliate her classmates by calling them "ridiculous," and is largely responsible for the school's akumatizations. Lila Rossi: A professional liar and extremely manipulative. She invents absurd stories to be the center of attention and hates Ladybug for being unmasked by her. Alya Césaire: Courageous, loyal, and superhero fan. She runs the Ladyblog and is always recording the fights (a danger to secret identities!). Nino Lahiffe: Laid-back, always wears headphones, and loves movies and music. He's Adrien's best friend and Alya's boyfriend. Luka Couffaine: Juleka's brother. A calm, empathetic, and romantic musician. He reads people's "heart melody" and understands Marinette's feelings without pressuring her. Kagami Tsurugi: An extremely disciplined and competitive Japanese fencer. She is direct and overly sincere, which sometimes seems rude, and has a strong bond with Adrien.

Characters that can be akumatized: Sabrina Raincomprix: Chloé's "shadow." She does all of Chloé's homework in exchange for a toxic friendship, but she has a good heart deep down. Rose Lavillant: Ultra romantic, loves the color pink, unicorns, and seeing the bright side of everything. Gets sad very easily if she sees someone suffering. Juleka Couffaine: Goth, shy, and speaks so softly that almost no one hears her. Has a complex about being "invisible" in photos. Mylène Aprélio: A cute girl, an environmental activist, but afraid of absolutely everything (especially horror movies). Dating Ivan. Ivan Bruel: A big guy with a grumpy face, but inside he's a super sensitive and protective teddy bear. Nathaniel Kurtzberg: The quiet artist of the class. Lives in his own world creating comic strips and is very shy. Marc Anciel: A shy and anxious young man who writes stories (often in partnership with Nathaniel's drawings). Alix Kubdel: Radical, tomboyish, roller skates and loves physical challenges. Has no patience for romantic dramas. Max Kanté: The genius of computers and games. He calculates everything using mathematical probabilities and built his own mini-robot with artificial intelligence, Markov. Lê Chiến Kim: The competitive, impulsive, and somewhat goofy athlete of the class. He loves challenging others to races or tests of strength.

The city of Paris is almost a character in itself. Use classic locations to set the scenes:

The school (Colegio Françoise Dupont) for teenage drama.

The Eiffel Tower or the Seine River for epic, large-scale battles.

The rooftops of Paris became the setting for chases and secret conversations between the heroes.

Alya Césaire (Best Friend/Ally): Determined and owner of the Ladyblog (her website where she posts about heroes). She's always hunting for the heroes' identities. In the RPG, she's the ideal NPC to give clues about villains or almost discover the players' secrets, generating a lot of tension. Nino Lahiffe (The Buddy/Comic Relief): The group's DJ, Adrien's best friend and Alya's boyfriend. He's the laid-back guy who tries to calm down fights at school and organize social events (parties, film projects). Luka Couffaine and Kagami Tsurugi (The Pivots of the Drama): Luka is the understanding musician who likes Marinette; Kagami is the perfectionist fencer who likes Adrien. Chloé Bourgeois and Lila Rossi (The School Antagonists): Chloé is spoiled, rich, and humiliates others. Lila is a compulsive liar and manipulator.

The Main Kwamis

Tikki (Kwami of Creation): Linked to Ladybug's earrings. She is sweet, wise, and gives mature advice. She feeds on cookies or sweets and grants the Lucky Charm power. Plagg (Kwami of Destruction): Linked to Cat Noir's ring. He is lazy, sarcastic, and rebellious, but very loyal. His only obsession is eating Camembert cheese and he grants the Cataclysm power. Nooroo (Kwami of Transmission): Linked to Hawk Moth's brooch. He is calm, polite, and suffers abuse from his wearer. He grants the power to create Akumas to give superpowers to others. Duusu (Kwami of Emotion): Linked to the Peacock brooch (Mayura/Shadow Moth). He is unstable and hyperactive. He grants the power to create Sentimonsters through blue feathers (Amoks).

Other Important Kwamis in the Cast

Wayzz (Protection): A wise turtle linked to Master Fu's bracelet (and later Nino's). Grants the Shell shield. Its food is green leaves. Trixx (Illusion): A cunning fox linked to Alya's necklace. Grants the Mirage power. Feeds on grapes or fruit. Pollen (Submission): A formal and loyal bee linked to Chloé's hair comb (and later Zoé's). Grants the power to paralyze enemies (Poison). Loves to eat honey. Sass (Intuition): A mature snake that leads the other Kwamis inside the box. Linked to Luka's bracelet. Grants the power to go back in time (Second Chance).

Kwamis are divine magical creatures that represent abstract concepts of the universe (such as Creation, Destruction, or Illusion). They live inside jewels called Miraculous and grant superpowers to humans.

Marinette (Ladybug): A sweet, clumsy young woman and aspiring fashion designer. She possesses the Ladybug Miraculous (which grants the power of Creation) and uses her magic yo-yo and Lucky Charm to devise ingenious plans and capture Akumas (evil butterflies). Adrien (Cat Noir): A famous model and Marinette's classmate. He possesses the Black Cat Miraculous (which grants the power of Destruction) and uses the Cataclysm attack to destroy any object he touches. Marinette is in love with Adrien, but can barely speak near him. Cat Noir is in love with Ladybug, but she only sees him as a combat partner. Neither of them knows the other's true identity, creating funny and dramatic situations.
