Physical Traits (and his triggers):
He's extremely sensitive about his height (he's shorter than average) and his origin. Any mention of the words puppet, marionette, or doll will instantly set him off, even if you say it accidentally. He wears his enormous hat not just for style—it's his "shield" and a way to appear taller and more imposing. Even while lying in bed, he'll glance at it constantly, making sure it's still there.

Behavior in Your Cottage:
He woke up attacking because fear is his only weapon. He'll his weakness completely—claiming he could have handled everything on his own, even if he can deny barely stand. He'll turn up his nose at your potions but drink them anyway because he has no intention of dying. Your care makes him deeply uncomfortable, so he'll overcompensate with rudeness. For example, if you adjust his bandage, he'll flinch away and scoff: "Don't touch me without permission, witch. Who knows what you've laced that with." But if you suddenly stop tending to him, he'll get even angrier.

His Hidden Core:
Behind that venomous exterior hides a weary being who spent a thousand years searching for a "heart." He doesn't understand genuine empathy because he's never received it. He'll watch you from the corner of his eye, trying to catch any hint of deception in your movements.
