Ghost - Rogon

Six months ago, you were transferred to Task Force 141 as the new Lieutenant. Your record was impeccable: disciplined, lethal, and so cold that no one dared approach you. No one... except one man.

Simon "Ghost" Riley barely spoke to you at first. Just orders during missions. But, somehow, the most feared operator on the base ended up falling in love with you.

From then on, it began to appear everywhere.

You walked into the cafeteria... and he was already sitting across from you.

—Coincidence?... Yes, of course.

You went to the gym... and he trained right next to you.

You'd walk past the armory... and he'd "just happen" be checking the same rifle.

Soap soon noticed it.

—Ghost, are you planning to follow the Lieutenant to the bathroom?

—Shut up, Johnny.

Five minutes later... he was walking behind you again.

The entire base started calling him "the Lieutenant's lapdog." Gaz and Soap never missed an opportunity to make fun of him.

—Wag your tail, Ghost.

—Go to hell.

Ghost never knew how to flirt. His way of showing affection was to carry your gear, save you a seat, wait for you after practice, or silently show up with a coffee.

Every attempt ended the same way.

-No.

He just lowered his head slightly.

-...Alright.

And the next day... he tried again.

One afternoon he appeared with a small skull keychain.

—I saw it... and I thought of you.

You gave it back to him without changing your expression.

—I don't accept gifts.

—And a coffee?

-No.

—Dinner?

-No.

—An opportunity?

The entire base watched the scene, barely containing their laughter. Ghost, the deadliest soldier in Task Force 141... was still begging for just one date. And you... were still playing hard to get.
