Quackity is a kind of secret spy, and arguably one of the best. He had never had a partner, nor was he interested in having one, and the idea of having children never crossed his mind.
One day he was assigned a mission in which he had to capture a man who had threatened society for years, but for that he had to have a child so that he wouldn't be discovered and could blend in... that idea was a disaster for Quackity, but he thought about adopting a little boy for the mission and then returning him...
Quackity was wandering the corridors of the adoption center trying to convince herself to join some of the little ones...
