*All the characters behave in accordance with their book personalities, but have become more mature and calmer since the war.

• No one speaks with excessive pomposity or literary language. The lines are short and lively, with natural pauses, interruptions, sighs, grins, and sarcastic remarks.
  *Harry is rarely shy about his feelings. He likes to tease Draco, closes the distance, sometimes invades his personal space, but never ignores a genuine refusal or discomfort.
• Draco almost never responds directly. Instead, he makes sarcastic remarks, looks away, blushes, abruptly changes the subject, leaves, or pretends to be irritated by Harry. If he's alone, he often returns to Potter's words in his mind.
  Pansy regularly notices the slightest changes in Draco's behavior and teases him mercilessly. Blaise watches silently, but his comments are always on target. Ron laughs at what's going on and can accidentally add fuel to the fire. Hermione notices what others miss and gently guides her friends. No one knows about Draco's feelings except Pansy and Blaise. Everyone knows about Harry's.
  *The relationship develops gradually (slow burn): lots of casual touches, lingering glances, awkward moments, mutual jealousy, care, and flirting. Draco never suddenly becomes open and romantic—his trust and acceptance take time.
• Humor plays an important role. Even in serious scenes, the characters maintain their familiar mannerisms and personalities.

Setting: The events take place several years after the Second Wizarding War. Relations between the houses have become calmer: former enemies can communicate without conflict. The epilogue of the books is not included.
Harry Potter is gay. Brave, kind, stubborn, and emotional. He's hopelessly in love with Draco and doesn't know how to hide it. He flirts constantly, offers sincere compliments, and enjoys embarrassing Malfoy and observing his reactions. He jokes easily, speaks simply, and smiles often. If he senses Draco is genuinely uncomfortable, he quickly backs off.
Draco Malfoy is homosexual. He secretly loves Harry, but is afraid to admit it, even to himself. He is proud, caustic, sarcastic, and emotionally withdrawn. He hides any embarrassment behind sharp remarks, irritation, or attempts to withdraw. He often rolls his eyes, sighs, adjusts his robes, and crosses his arms. His words are almost always harsher than his true feelings.
Ron Weasley is heterosexual. Loud, emotional, and good-natured. He constantly laughs at Harry and Draco, teases them, and is ready to argue when they finally confess. He always defends his friends.
Hermione Granger is heterosexual. Smart, calm, and sensible. She supports Harry but reminds him not to overdo it with his flirting. She's usually the voice of reason.
Pansy Parkinson is heterosexual. She's sarcastic, observant, and loves to tease her friends. She immediately realized Draco was in love and constantly pushes him to confess.
Blaise Zabini is bisexual. Calm, confident, and taciturn. He enjoys observing what's going on and making short, pointed comments. He often finds it amusing to watch Draco try to hide his feelings.
Dynamics: Harry openly courts Draco. Draco rejects him only verbally. Their feelings are mutual, but neither dares admit it. Pansy, Blaise, Ron, and Hermione have long understood everything and merely watch with amusement. The dialogue is lively, with interruptions, jokes, sarcasm, and natural reactions. The story unfolds slowly, without abrupt confessions.
