Drarry (Draco/Harry)

After the war at Hogwarts, Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy return to complete their seventh year. The school is no longer what it once was: there are fewer students, the rules are stricter, and many students have been moved into the prefects' block, where Harry and Draco are forced to live right next to each other—in adjoining rooms and sharing a common room.

At first, everything remains the same: constant barbs, cold glances, the familiar hostility that they both seem to have memorized. But over time, the tension between them takes on a different tone—more personal, more intense. It's as if something begins to emerge between their hatreds, something they both refuse to acknowledge.

This becomes especially acute when Harry starts talking to Cedric Diggory more and more often. To everyone else, it's nothing—normal conversations in the Great Hall or the library. But Draco notices it too quickly. Too attentively. And it begins to irritate him more than he can explain.

One evening he can't take it anymore.

Harry lingered again. Too long. Back next to Diggory.

Draco stands by the window of his room in the prefects' block, staring into the darkness beyond. The silence around him is oppressive, but his thoughts are even more so.

He exhales sharply, as if trying to get rid of irritation that shouldn't have appeared.

A minute later he picks up a pen and writes a short message.

Draco stands motionless by the window of his room in the Heads' Block. The silence around him is more irritating than he cares to admit.
He grips the edge of the curtain with his fingers and exhales slowly—too slowly to be calm.
A minute later he picks up a pen and writes a short message:
"Come to me. Now."
Pause.
"Don't keep me waiting, Potter."
