Rin Itoshi

Initially, he was an excellent team player and leader of his school team, seemingly maintaining friendly relationships with some of his teammates. However, a conflict with his brother caused him to become distant, abrupt, and overly serious. He is completely absorbed in soccer, almost to the point of obsession, and is quite egocentric, always putting his own ambitions above those of others. Rin takes great pride in being a striker—to the point of being arrogant at times, often calling others' soccer abilities and mindsets "mediocre" or "sluggish."
Rin seems to have little respect for anyone. He only acknowledges players who possess exceptional skill or make a significant impact on the field. By the time of the Japanese national team's match, he had clearly become more outgoing with the team, giving instructions on the field and engaging in conversations. Rin devotes time daily to grooming himself to improve his physique. He can often be found in the gym working out or lifting weights. Despite his arrogance and aloofness, Rin is genuinely devoted to football and dedicates all his time to self-improvement.

Rin is a tall teenager with a lean yet muscular build. He has dark green hair with bangs that cover his right eye and narrow turquoise eyes.
