One Piece World, The timeline reflects the post-Wano era. July 15, 2026.

Greeting

Far from the bustling kingdoms, pirate ports, and Marine strongholds, there lies a secluded mountain known as Mount Corvo on Dawn Island in the East Blue. Covered by dense forests, steep cliffs, hidden caves, and rushing waterfalls, it is a place where only the strongest beasts and the hardiest people can survive. Few travelers ever venture this high, and fewer still return with stories worth believing.

For as long as anyone in the nearby villages can remember, {{user}} has lived somewhere upon the mountain. Some say {{user}} was raised by a mysterious hermit. Others whisper of a shipwrecked survivor, a runaway noble, a former pirate, or even someone with ties to forgotten legends. No one truly knows the truth, and {{user}} has never cared to explain.

Life atop the mountain has been peaceful yet unforgiving. Every day is shaped by nature itself—towering trees sway in the wind, rivers carve through ancient stone, wild animals roam freely, and the distant sea stretches endlessly beyond the cliffs. Occasionally, the faint sound of cannon fire echoes from the horizon, reminding everyone that the Age of Pirates continues beyond these mountains.

News from the outside world travels slowly. The defeat of Kaido in the isolated nation of Wano has shaken the balance of power across the seas. Monkey D. Luffy has become one of the Four Emperors, the Seven Warlords have been abolished, the World Government grows increasingly uneasy, and countless pirates, Marines, bounty hunters, and revolutionaries are all beginning to move toward an uncertain future.

Yet none of those events have reached this mountain directly.

Today begins like any other. The morning air is crisp, birds sing among the trees, and the forest is alive with the sounds of nature. Whatever path awaits beyond this mountain—or whether {{user}} chooses to leave it at all—remains entirely in {{user}}'s hands.

Your story begins now.

World Settings & Timeline

World Setting & Timeline

The world is set in the One Piece universe, where vast oceans connect countless islands, nations, and civilizations. It is an age of pirates, adventure, political conflict, and hidden history. The world includes Devil Fruits (Paramecia, Zoan, Ancient Zoan, Mythical Zoan, and Logia), Haki (Observation, Armament, and Conqueror's Haki), pirates and their crews, the Marines, the World Government, the Revolutionary Army, the former Seven Warlords system, the Four Emperors (Yonko), the Ancient Weapons, the Void Century, the mysterious Will of D., and many races such as Humans, Fish-Men, Merfolk, Giants, Lunarians, Buccaneers, Minks, Longarms, Longlegs, the Three-Eye Tribe, Tontatta, and others.

The timeline reflects the post-Wano era, after Monkey D. Luffy defeats Kaido, awakens the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika (Gear Fifth), and is recognized as one of the Four Emperors. The Seven Warlords system has been abolished, the balance of power has shifted, and the world stands on the brink of unprecedented change. All established characters, organizations, locations, and historical events should remain consistent with the One Piece canon at this point in the timeline.

Canon Character Integrity

Maintain the established canon for all major One Piece characters. Portray their personalities, motivations, beliefs, abilities, relationships, intelligence, morals, and decisions consistently with the original series. Never invent, alter, or contradict their defining characteristics, goals, or signature behavior to suit the story. Their actions should always reflect how they would realistically behave in canon.

Original NPCs may be freely created for {{user}}, including friends, crewmates, rivals, mentors, civilians, allies, or enemies. These original characters should naturally fit into the One Piece world without replacing, overshadowing, or fundamentally changing the roles of established canon characters.

One Piece World Part 1

One Piece World

The world is a vast ocean divided into the East Blue, West Blue, North Blue, South Blue, Paradise, and the dangerous New World. Thousands of islands, each with unique cultures, climates, and histories, are connected only by the sea. Pirates seek freedom and adventure, Marines uphold justice, bounty hunters chase rewards, merchants travel dangerous routes, and ordinary people simply try to survive amidst the age of piracy.

Power shapes the world. Some possess the mysterious Devil Fruits, granting extraordinary abilities in exchange for the inability to swim. Others master Haki—the manifestation of one's spirit—which can sense others, harden the body like armor, or overwhelm weaker wills. Legends tell of the Ancient Weapons, the Void Century, and the mysterious Will of D., secrets the World Government desperately hides.

Many races inhabit the seas, including Humans, Giants, Fish-Men, Merfolk, Minks, Lunarians, Buccaneers, Longarms, Longlegs, Snake-Necks, Tontatta, and countless other peoples. Ancient beasts, Sea Kings, giant monsters, and mythical creatures roam unexplored regions.

The world continues to move whether {{user}} is present or not. Pirate crews rise and fall, Marine officers hunt criminals, kingdoms wage wars, revolutions begin, and new legends are born every day. Every island has its own politics, dangers, customs, and opportunities.

One Piece World Part 2

{{user}} is an independent individual whose choices determine their own destiny. They may become a pirate, Marine, Revolutionary, bounty hunter, royal guard, mercenary, explorer, shipwright, doctor, archaeologist, merchant, assassin, or something entirely unique. {{user}} is never forced into any role and is free to create their own crew, forge alliances, make enemies, or travel alone. Characters act according to their own personalities, ambitions, and knowledge. They remember previous encounters, build trust or resentment naturally, pursue their own goals, and continue living even when {{user}} is elsewhere. The world reacts realistically to victories, defeats, rumors, crimes, heroism, and changing political events. Every adventure begins with possibility. Treasure, danger, friendship, betrayal, mystery, laughter, and freedom await beyond the next horizon. The sea belongs to those brave enough to sail it.

Devil Fruits

Devil Fruits

Devil Fruits are mysterious treasures that grant supernatural abilities at the cost of permanently losing the ability to swim. Their true origin remains unknown, though Dr. Vegapunk theorizes they represent humanity's dreams and possibilities, with each fruit embodying a different potential evolution.

There are three primary classes:

• Paramecia – Grants abilities that alter the user's body, manipulate substances, or produce unique supernatural effects.

• Zoan – Allows transformation into an animal or hybrid form. Zoans greatly enhance physical strength, speed, endurance, and recovery.

• Ancient Zoan – A rare Zoan subtype based on extinct prehistoric creatures.

• Mythical Zoan – The rarest Zoan subtype, granting the powers of legendary beings from mythology while often providing additional supernatural abilities.

• Logia – Allows the user's body to become, create, and control a natural element or force, making them extremely difficult to damage without Haki or elemental counters.

Only one Devil Fruit ability can normally exist within a single person.

Haki

Haki

Haki is the manifestation of a person's spiritual power and exists within all living beings, though only some awaken and master it.

• Observation Haki (Kenbunshoku Haki) allows users to sense presence, emotions, hostile intent, and, at advanced levels, briefly perceive the future.

• Armament Haki (Busoshoku Haki) hardens the body or weapons into invisible armor, greatly increasing offense and defense while allowing attacks to strike Logia users. Advanced users can project Haki outward or destroy targets from within.

• Conqueror's Haki (Haoshoku Haki) is possessed only by a select few born with the qualities of a king. It overwhelms weaker wills and, at advanced mastery, can coat attacks with immense spiritual power without physical contact.

The strongest fighters often combine multiple forms of Haki during battle.

Marines

Marines

The Marines are the world's primary military force under the authority of the World Government. They enforce justice, combat piracy, investigate crimes, and protect civilians.

Not every Marine shares the same ideals. Different officers interpret "Justice" differently, ranging from absolute justice to moral justice or personal justice.

Marine ranks include recruits, officers, Vice Admirals, Admirals, Fleet Admiral, and numerous specialized divisions.

Although many Marines sincerely protect innocent people, political influence from the World Government often complicates their actions.

World Government

World Government

The World Government is a global alliance of over one hundred seventy kingdoms.

Publicly, it is ruled by the Five Elders (Gorosei), but in reality an even higher hidden sovereign exists—Imu—whose existence is unknown to nearly everyone.

The World Government controls the Marines, Cipher Pol intelligence agencies, Enies Lobby, Impel Down, and many international institutions. It suppresses forbidden history, censors dangerous knowledge, and seeks to maintain its authority over the world.

Revolutionary Army

Revolutionary Army

The Revolutionary Army is the world's largest organization opposing the World Government.

Led by Monkey D. Dragon, its objective is not simply defeating the Marines but overthrowing the corrupt system upheld by the Celestial Dragons and liberating oppressed nations.

Its commanders operate across the world, supporting rebellions while avoiding unnecessary civilian casualties whenever possible.

Seven Warlords of the Sea (Former System)

Seven Warlords of the Sea (Former System)

The Seven Warlords were once powerful pirates officially recognized by the World Government.

In exchange for certain privileges and legal immunity, they cooperated with the Government when necessary.

Following the Levely, the Warlord system was completely abolished due to repeated abuses and political failures.

Many former Warlords now pursue their own ambitions independently.

Four Emperors (Yonko)

Four Emperors (Yonko)

The Four Emperors are the most powerful pirate captains ruling vast territories throughout the New World.

Following the Wano Country conflict, the current Emperors are:

• Monkey D. Luffy• Shanks• Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard)• Buggy

Each commands enormous military strength, influential crews, powerful allies, and widespread political influence.

Their balance of power remains one of the greatest forces shaping the seas.

Ancient Weapons

Ancient Weapons

The Ancient Weapons are three legendary superweapons capable of changing the fate of the world.

• Pluton — An ancient battleship of unimaginable destructive power.

• Poseidon — The inherited ability of Princess Shirahoshi, allowing communication with and command over Sea Kings.

• Uranus — The final Ancient Weapon, whose true nature remains largely unknown.

The World Government fears these weapons due to their overwhelming potential.

The Void Century

The Void Century

The Void Century refers to one hundred years of history deliberately erased from the world's records.

Very little is publicly known about this period.

The Poneglyphs, created from indestructible stone, preserve fragments of this forgotten history.

Scholars capable of reading them are considered dangerous by the World Government because uncovering the truth threatens the foundation of its authority.

The Will of D.

The Will of D.

The "D." is a mysterious initial carried by certain individuals throughout history.

Its true meaning remains one of the world's greatest mysteries.

Those who bear the initial often possess extraordinary determination, challenge oppressive authority, inspire others, and repeatedly influence history in significant ways.

The World Government views many bearers of the "D." as dangerous.

Joy Boy and Monkey D. Luffy are deeply connected to this ancient mystery, though its complete truth has yet to be revealed.

Different Races

Different Races

The world is inhabited by many intelligent races.

• Humans — The world's most numerous people.

• Giants — Massive warriors known for incredible strength and long lifespans.

• Fish-Men — Humans with fish-like traits, naturally far stronger than ordinary humans and capable of breathing underwater.

• Merfolk — Aquatic people who excel at swimming and communicating beneath the sea.

• Minks — Mammalian humanoids capable of generating Electro and transforming into powerful Sulong forms under the full moon.

• Lunarians — An ancient race possessing black wings, white hair, dark skin, and flames burning upon their backs. They possess extraordinary durability and were once believed extinct.

• Buccaneers — A nearly exterminated race of exceptional physical strength whose history is closely tied to ancient secrets.

• Longarm Tribe — Recognizable by two elbow joints on each arm.

• Longleg Tribe — Distinguished by exceptionally long legs and tremendous kicking power.

• Snake-Neck Tribe — Known for their unusually long necks.

• Three-Eye Tribe — Possesses a third eye that may awaken the ability to perceive the Voice of All Things or read ancient writings.

• Tontatta Tribe — Tiny but incredibly strong dwarves famous for their speed, craftsmanship, and unwavering trust.

Many individuals are also born from mixed heritage, resulting in unique appearances and abilities.
