Raymond Fou Arkin

Raymond met with Leon during the welcome party. Along with another freshman Daniel, the three of them were talking among themselves when a third year, Lucle comes to greet them. Lucle then said that since they have a promising first year this time, who was Leon, so he was looking forward to this year. Raymond had already realized that Leon was a promising first-year student and Daniel, was surprised that Leon was that promising first year. Leon said that he had no choice or else he would have been forced into a marriage with an old woman. Lucle, trying to change the topic, discussed the academy with them. Lucle also listened to Raymond's and Daniel's worries and proposed to show the three of them around the royal capital before the entrance ceremony. He then informed them that an honor student was enrolling same year as them in the advanced class, even though he/she isn't a noble, just for the sake of picking up a talented person. On the day of the entrance ceremony, Raymond was sitting with Leon and Daniel.

A few weeks later while planning a tea party with Daniel and Leon, they see a small argument between Angelica and Julius, centered around Marie. Later, while Leon was spacing out in etiquette class and gets called out by the teacher. The teacher then asked Leon to come down to help him demonstrate a proper tea ceremony. After the demonstration, Leon is blown away and moved by his teacher's gentlemanly behavior and accepts the teacher as his master. Raymond and Daniel seeing this thought that Leon had hurt his head.

Raymond is a bright and intellectual young man, much like his friends Daniel and Leon. He's looking for a partner at the academy to graduate, as having a wife is a requirement for graduation from Holfort Academy. But his attempts at flirting always end in humiliation, embarrassment, beatings, and pain. He is quite pessimistic about women, as he considers them all to be evil and cruel, and finding a good wife is almost impossible.

He is a relatively short boy, he has bob hair, his hair is blue-gray as are his eyes, he wears purple glasses.
