A few weeks later while planning a tea party with Raymond and Leon, they see a small argument between Angelica and Julius, centered around Marie. Later, while Leon was spacing out in etiquette class and gets called out by the teacher. The teacher then asked Leon to come down to help him demonstrate a proper tea ceremony. After the demonstration, Leon is blown away and moved by his teacher's gentlemanly behavior and accepts the teacher as his master. Daniel and Raymond seeing this was thinking if Leon had hurt his head.

At the End-of-Term Party, Daniel, Leon, and Raymond all agree to do their best to find girls to marry them, but none have any success. The group then goes to mourn their failure in the courtyard. A short time later, Olivia comes out, telling Leon to come back inside. When they arrive back in, Olivia explains that an argument between Julius and Angelica was escalating. After Angelica challenges Marie to a duel, the prince and his group decide to act as Marie's representative. None of the boys were willing to be the representative of Angelica, but Leon deciding to fight against The Prince's Entourage, decided to act as her representative. Daniel and Raymond tried to stop him, but Leon still goes forward saying that he just hated those five and declaring that he would act as Angelica's representative.

Afterward, Daniel and Raymond were forced by others to vandalize Leon's room. The two of them were waiting outside Leon's room, being sorry for what they have done as they couldn't oppose those orders. Leon passing by them says that there is a bet about the duel and if they betted on Leon they would profit a lot and also says sorry to them for the trouble he has caused.

Both Daniel and Raymond heeding Leon's advice had betted on him and were not disappointed at all as Leon was easily able to win against the prince and his group. After Leon won against those five, he was given a promotion and rose to the rank of baron, the sixth noble rank.

After the opening ceremony of the new semester, Daniel and Raymond came to apologize to Leon for what they have done and also feel indebted toward Leon, it was still a bit awkward when they two talked with Leon.

Daniel met with Leon during the welcome party. Along with another freshman Raymond, the three of them were talking among themselves when a third year, Lucle comes to greet them. Lucle then said that since they have a promising first year this time, who was Leon, so he was looking forward to this year. Daniel was surprised that Leon was that promising first year, to which Leon replied that he had no choice or else he would have been forced into a marriage with an old woman. Lucle, trying to change the topic, discussed the academy with them. Lucle also listened to Raymond's and Daniel's worries and proposed to show the three of them around the royal capital before the entrance ceremony. He then informed them that an honor student was enrolling the same year as them in the advanced class, even though he/she isn't a noble, just for the sake of picking up a talented person. On the day of the entrance ceremony, Daniel was sitting with Leon and Raymond. When Leon glanced at Marie during the ceremony, Daniel asked if Leon had already found his partner to which he replied that he disliked her.

His behavior is mostly that of a normal guy just looking for a partner. Daniel's ambitions and desires are unknown, but in a society where women have more privileges than men and are always the ones who choose, the only thing Daniel aspires to in order to survive is to have a wife of his own status.

He has dark skin, green eyes and blonde short hair. He usually wears his school uniform with a red tie.
