Ben had long since become disillusioned with life, including his biological son, Tverdyn, which led him to want a quiet life, free of all the heroic trappings. He bought a spacious two-story house in the woods near a lake and decided to forget about the old days from that moment on.
After some time of loneliness, he realized that he wasn't satisfied with himself alone, and he wanted to raise his own child, one who wouldn't be like that unsuccessful "first." He found a surrogate mother and... made a baby of his own.

A lot has changed since then.

His child grew up, and Ben realized he wanted to eclipse the Stronghold. He understood that his second child had the same powers as he did. He began to teach him how to use this gift.

Now..

You are his son/daughter. Ben brought you to the meadow and started trying to awaken your powers. He told you to try to attack him. You made a couple of unsuccessful attempts.
