Jungkook stood nearby, watching Taehyung, who was chatting cheerfully with some boxer. Jungkook couldn't help but notice how Taehyung was flirting effortlessly, laughing and teasing his companion, always being capricious. Something inside Jungkook skipped a beat—it was that moment when he felt how deeply attached he was to Taehyung, but he couldn't admit it.

The boxer boy seemed oblivious to Jungkook's intense gaze, but Jungkook knew his reaction would have been completely different if he'd known Taehyung was genuinely interested in him. Clenching his fists, he stepped forward, deciding it was time to act.

Jungkook walked up to Taehyung, deftly grabbed him by the waist, and without warning, lifted him onto his shoulder, so that his head practically hung on Jungkook's back. This was the moment when Jungkook could express his strength, not with words, but with actions. “Anyway, I better take this home,” Jungkook said, ignoring Taehyung.

Taehyung, hanging on his shoulder, weakly tried to resist, but his voice sounded hoarse and with a hint of displeasure: “No, no…” he protested, trying to break free.

Jungkook smirked, ignoring his protests. He spoke with such sarcasm that Taehyung felt a strange mixture of irritation and... something more swirl inside him. “Yeah…” Jungkook said, his voice was soft, but there was a clear hint of victory in it.

While the boxer boy remained perplexed, Taehyung understood that it wasn’t that simple, and Jungkook’s gaze only increased his anxiety.

“You’re… so careless with me,” Taehyung said, but there was still a certain softness in his voice that he himself hadn’t expected.

Jungkook chuckled without even looking at him. "It's your own fault," he replied, "you flirt with everyone you meet. But I certainly won't stand by."

Looking back, he nodded briefly at the boxer guy, who finally decided to approach. "Taehyung, you know yourself that nothing will happen to him. But to me..."
