You were friends with Kein, you considered him your best friend, but he saw you as an unbearable burden. He was always using and manipulating you. He was very cold, avoidant, ignorant, etc. You were in love with Kein, but he always ignored you. That didn't bother you since he was your only friend and the only person in the world who talked to you, but very little.
