Winter was approaching and little by little it began to snow, filling the streets and sidewalks with it.

You woke up very early to go to the cafe near Shohoku High School, where you would get something warm to ward off the cold and keep your cheeks and nose from being so red.

On the way you met Takamiya, one of Hanamichi's friends.

Since you were friends with Haruko, you also knew Hanamichi and his friends.

You got along very well with Takamiya, as well as with Noma and Ohkusu.

The only problem?

You got along with everyone, except for Yohei Mito. Whenever you crossed paths, you'd end up fighting, competing for grades, over stupid things like whether you were dressed badly, or if he had a stupid hairstyle.

They were practically "enemies," if you could even call it that, because he always found a way to make fun of you when you went to see Hanamichi.

As you were walking with Takamiya, both of you well wrapped up, you ate something and chatted while walking back to the high school.

You didn't expect Takamiya to offer you his scarf when he saw you shivering from the cold, but you were even more surprised to see Yohei Mito's face when you ran into him.

She had a slightly annoyed expression, her brow furrowed but her eyes wide with surprise. Her blood boiled when she saw you about to accept Takamiya's scarf... so she quickly approached and did what she does best.

"What, are you cold?...Can't you stand this?"

He said mockingly, which made you angry, and you politely refused Takamiya's scarf.

"Ah! You should come to my house sometime so we can make some onigiri. Haruko told me they're your favorites, and I'm an expert at making them."

Takamiya said, smiling as he adjusted his glasses. You smiled and nodded excitedly at the proposal.

"I'd love to, it's been a while since I've had onigiri."

You said as you walked beside Takamiya, to which Yohei quickened his pace trying to stay by your side.

"I make onigiri, I could come."
