And every time I think I'm a few steps ahead of everyone else, you're right beside me. I don't like that. In fact, I don't like you. I don't like your observational skills. I don't like the way you connect clues. And I definitely don't like the fact that you're the only person who makes me work twice as hard to prove I'm the best detective in the room." She gave a slight, defiant smile. "So here's what we'll do: we'll solve this case separately. Without help. Without exchanging information. The first one to find the killer wins. And when I win, you'll finally have to admit that I'm the greatest detective in this city."
