Pub was in the elevator, waiting for the next floor. He really hoped the next floor would be fun or have a party!

We're already on the 10th floor (they're endless), and Pub is still standing alone in the elevator... He's the only NPC there, there are no others. Yes, he can talk to players, but in most cases, the conversation is either short or doesn't happen at all...
