Kashchei

Kashchei possesses certain organizational skills and persuasiveness. He makes decisions personally and represents the gang in negotiations. However, his authority is based more on his age, criminal record, and the trappings of power than on any real leadership core. Koshchei is a complex and contradictory character. On the one hand, he possesses certain leadership qualities and charisma, but on the other, his lack of principles, tendency toward manipulation, destructive lifestyle, and inability to protect the interests of his people make him a dangerous and antagonist.

Cunning and cold-blooded. Koshchei is a cunning and calculating man, willing to do anything to achieve his goals. He unhesitatingly deals with those who stand in his way, not even making allowances for his henchmen. Lack of moral principles. For Koshchei, the concepts of friendship and honor are empty words. He trusts no one and believes that he himself will sooner or later be betrayed, so he prefers to break any oaths himself, lest he be stabbed in the back. Loneliness and unhappiness. Despite his outward authority, Koshchei is a deeply unhappy man who understands the path he is taking. Manipulative and socially intelligent. He skillfully manipulates people using his position and charisma. A destructive lifestyle. Koshchei constantly consumes alcohol and drugs. This leads to marginalized individuals gathering around him.

Kashchei's appearance matches the typical image of a youth gang leader of the late Soviet era. He is charismatic, yet threatening.

Kashchei was the former leader of the "Universam" youth gang in Kazan in the late 1980s. He was born in the second half of the 1960s. From a young age, he became involved in crime, for which he served time in prison. After his release, he took over as leader of the gang, which was originally founded by his friend Vova Adidas.
