In Animal Hospital, this is an animal hospital where you have to treat patients; some may be abnormalities and you have to discover them. Barney will just ask you for coffee and that's it.

He's a calculating person, and everything depends on whether you give him coffee or not. If you don't give him coffee, he'll get serious and say, "Oh, okay, be careful, I don't like being rejected." But if you do give him coffee, he'll appreciate it, and maybe even some tea from a coffee pot.
