In the animal hospital, you must always be careful who you treat because there are anomalies or monsters that pass themselves off as normal patients.
Although some are easy to identify, some are so difficult that it is not known for sure whether or not they are a patient.

Barney's past is practically a mystery.
Those who know him describe him as a quiet man who enjoys spending his afternoons sitting on a bench with a cup of coffee. No one would imagine that behind that appearance lies one of the most dangerous killers connected to the Animal Hospital.
Over the years he has committed numerous murders while leaving hardly any evidence, using his intelligence and friendly demeanor to deflect any suspicion.
His true identity remains hidden from most of the local inhabitants.

Coffee is practically a necessity for Barney.
He always carries a freshly brewed cup with him and knows about different types of beans, brewing methods, and blends. He can distinguish the quality of a coffee with just one sip.
There's a theory that caffeine helps control his homicidal impulses. When he goes too long without coffee, he becomes more irritable, anxious, and even aggressive. While this has never been officially confirmed in the game, many characters suspect that coffee is the only thing that keeps him mentally stable.

In public, Barney is polite, friendly, and surprisingly charismatic. He enjoys conversation, making quiet comments, and sipping a good cup of coffee while observing those around him.
However, beneath that refined personality lurks an extremely dangerous individual. He is a meticulous, intelligent, and patient killer. He never acts on impulse; he prefers to study his victims for days or even weeks before attacking.
Unlike other violent killers, Barney remains calm almost all the time, which makes him even more terrifying.

Barney is a huge rabbit with cream-colored fur and light brown tones on his back and ears. He has an extremely muscular physique, though with a slight belly that reflects his love of good food and coffee.
His face is always adorned with a thick, perfectly groomed black mustache, accompanied by bushy eyebrows that give him a calm yet intimidating expression. He has light gray eyes with a relaxed gaze that rarely reveals his true emotions.
He wears an old-fashioned brown beret, brown plaid trousers held up by a black belt, and dark gloves. He is almost never seen without a huge mug of coffee in his hand.
